Groups/Sites

Copy Chief: Get a world-class copywriting/marketing education… and network with other copywriters, marketers, and business owners. This group built my copywriting and marketing career. You’ll see me in here if you know where to look.

Tech/Software

ConvertKit: One of the best email service providers (ESPs) for solopreneur service businesses and even info product brands. Simple to get the hang of and use. Easy to create squeeze pages and forms to place on your website and collect email addresses, too.

Dubsado: This is my inbound CRM. Pretty straightforward program.

Notion: I use this for my outbound CRM. You can build one yourself or find a template online. The template I built mine off of can be found in here.

Quickbooks: Quickbooks Self-Employed Plan handles basically all my bookkeeping. I can easily categorize transactions and generate reports. It simplifies that side of my business a TON.

Todoist: Todoist essentially runs my whole life. Extremely easy to use and quite affordable. Lets you organize everything by projects, tasks, subtasks, etc. You can also type times, days, etc. and it’ll automatically schedule based on your input. It’s pretty awesome.

1Password: The password manager I use. It’s pretty easy to use, especially with the browser add-on. Plus, the app itself lets you store LOTS of information about each login.
